Any delay on authorising the use of this drug can cost lives and cause untold pain to too many people, meaning children lose a parent, parents lose a child, sisters and brothers lose a sibling, spouses and partners the love of their life, friends lose a friend... all through bureaucracy and poor financial management. The phrase 'Criminal Neglect' comes to mind.
