Stop AlphaTex Puppy Mill

Floyd County officials in Texas want to settle the AlphaTex Kennels animal cruelty case with a $200,000 payoff to the kennel owners.

The owners of the puppy mill asked for a trial by jury and it should stay that way!! ANIMAL ABUSE ISNT A PAY OFF!!!!

Floyd County Commissioner Nathan Johnson on Friday afternoon said AlphaTex owners Mark and Sandra Smith are in the process of suing Floyd County after Sheriff Paul Raissez, acting on an order signed by Justice of the Peace Kelly Dunbar, assisted the Humane Society of West Texas in Lubbock in the seizure of some 231 dogs from the kennel located near Aiken on Sept. 28.

Animal Abuse isn't a pay off!! The Smiths asked for a Trial by Jury! It should stay that way! If you pay them off, that will give them the funds to restart another puppy mill!! Please take this to court! Texas has a Puppy Mill law now and it should be enforced!!! Please Help keep our loveable 4 legged furry friends safe!! Its not right for them to stay in cages all their life to breed and to sleep and live in their own filth where they NEVER see a vet or groomer or know the joys of human love!
