If you have read my story you know that shortly after my husband tried to kill me after 8 years of abuse, then shot himself in our home with my sons in the house. In his will He had left his sister in charge of the estate! His family blames me for his death and has done nothing to save the estate. And every thing to try to destroy me! as a result I have lost everything! and still suffer the abuse by his family! Since my husband was abusive AND tried to kill me, then shot himself in our home where my boys were! Angry family members should not have control!! Will or no will.
