Stop Cabrillo Marine Aquarium from cruel killing.
Cabrillo Marine Aquarium in California is a marine life sanctuary. They "rescue" marine life and nurture them in an aquarium. But they decided to have a fishing pier so people can kill the fish that they are saving. And on top of that they have an annual activity called "Grunion time" where they see these small grunion fish get washed on the beach because they swam to the high tide so they can lay eggs and spawn. These fish help the food chain in the ocean stay healthy because they feed many animals. But this caring and wonderful aquarium decides to promote the killing of these fish while they are mating! They tell people to catch these small gentle fish with their bare hands, and cook them and eat them. What kind of marine life sanctuary would do that? We can stop this disguisting, awful sanctuary from killing these inncoent fish.

We the undersigned would like you to stop your promotion to kill fish, or any animal in that matter. We would like to see more respect from an aquarium to the fish and animals living in the ocean that they get their fish from.

I believe God put animals in this earth for us, but theres different ways to do that, and for a business, for them to rescue animals from their living environments just to take em on a suicide trip to a place where they dont have a chance is sick to me. If people wanna go fishing they can take it to the ocean and do it the right way. |
