Evolution id being taught in school, yet they can't teach creationism. It is not right to say evolution is a Fact of science when it is a theory . Kids should not have to be taught evolution in school. Evoulution is a religion.

Evolution should be called "Darwinism" a religion not fact. Like someone could actually believe that we all came from primordial soup. Science is based on theories no more than God is, so If God is not allowed in school than man's theories (religions) should not be allowed there either. Stop teaching our children what you believe and just stick to the facts.

If Christianity is banned in Public Schools, then so should Evolution. I do not want my tax dollars going into something that is considered a "theory".

CREATIONISM IS THE BELIEF THAT GOD CREATED THE UNIVERSE, EVOLUTIONISM IS THE BELIEF OF BIOLOGICAL AND NATURAL SELECTION AND CHANGES WITH EVOLUTION.. As appose to 7 days God created it all.. Evolution has nothing to do with Religion, it is historical and fossil proof that you claim is all lies, but you are the lie. Like... It is vital kids be given two or more sides to the issue. By only teaching one idea, students aren’t given the chance to think for themselves when it comes to the origin of the earth. Religion should be taught in the church, not side by side with Evolution in the schools… A Typical Religious theory is to not let people have the option to learn the truth.. PUT DOWN YOUR BIBLES AND LEARN THE TRUTH FOR A CHANGE... There is a God, but there are also more than one God, and all these Gods are involved in the creation of the evolution of the earth along with the theory of evolution developments of all it's plant and animal life.. Over Millions of years, not 7 days.. The religious encourage to destroy the planet for their own profits.... Creationists have a lot to learn about allot of things. START TODAY... PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF MAN AND ANIMAL... NOT RELIGION... You bible thumpers who believe Evolution shouldn’t be taught by schools, obviously don’t care for the planet, the animals, or the people of the earth, or anything to do with scientific observation and truth… How on earth do you learn anything? How on earth do you think you can go on this way? You’re not helping anyone…

Whether or not the Big Bang Theory has any right to be taught in public schools is an issue that has caused much controversy. I unlike some others, feel that it is completely and totally wrong that one is forced to learn and answer questions based on a theory that goes against their religion and beliefs. However, many public schools today still chose to teach this curriculum.
The Big Bang Theory is a scientific concept that says that the Universe was created about 13.7 billion years ago when a concentration of mass exploded. The material slowly collected into stars and galaxies as it spread. Observations by astronomers show that the stars and galaxies are spreading apart and that the Universe is expanding. However, several religions reject the possibility of the Big Bang Theory, because it goes against their religious beliefs. For example, many Evangelical or Fundamentalist Christian religions believe in a literal interpretation of the Bible. Therefore, they believe that the Holy Bible is fact, word-for-word, and that the Earth and Universe was created by God in six 24-hour days. The concept of the Universe being billions of years old is also contrary to their belief that the Earth is less than 7000 years old. But, it is not just Christians who think this theory is wrong, other religions such as Buddhism and Hinduism also reject this theory. One interpretation of Buddhism is that the universe had no initial creation event, but instead it goes through infinitely repeated cycles of expansion, stability, destruction and dormancy. Most forms of Hinduism believe that the Universe has existed and will exist forever, without a beginning or end. My point is that we, as a country, have tried to come up with multiple ideas in order to keep religion out of school. However, if one is going to take religion out of the picture, they should not emphasize the Big Bang theory as factual, but rather as a hypothesis to what may have happened. After all, it is a theory meaning it can’t exactly be proven. In addition, in order to make an educated decision on how the earth formed, it is vital one is given two or more sides to the issue. By only teaching one idea, students aren’t given the chance to think for themselves when it comes to the origin of the earth. This would go against the freedom of religion we, as U.S. citizens, were given. However, I also understand, there are people who believe science solely and don’t believe in God. They could perhaps, read a book or even take a class that talks about their belief. This would allow them to be informed and understand what they believe without causing controversy in the learning environment.
As you can clearly see, the issue of the Big Bang theory being taught in schools is a widely debated issue. However, one can determine that the Big Bang theory should be removed from public schools curriculum because it obviously goes against many religions and faiths.

Evolution is a "THEORY" and should not be emphasized any more than just that. Remember, it is Darwin's Theory of Evolution and needs no further education. It is a hypothesis; unproven. If they feel compulsed to pursue this, then they should give the Bible and the creation of the heavens and the earth, man and woman an equal shot. Let's be fair to the children and let them be exposed to both. Who is the one who stands to loose? The child. It is brainwashing to say the THEORY is more important than any other form of creation of man.

It`s so ridiculous to teach evolution as if it were true when it was only a theory which was denounced by Darwin before he died.
The intricacy, say of the eye for example could only have come about by an intelligent Creator God.
We are being ruled by secular humanists which is why this atheist agenda of evolution is perpetuated.

Evolution is just a theory. Yet it is taught to our children as fact. And creation is not even touched even if people think it is just a theory also. It doesn't make sense to me. There seems to be like christians are always portrayed as crazy people. But if you are muslim or hindi, etc. It is okay, we try so hard to be politically correct for ever religion, forgive i hate that word.

As long everything about it is theory, only facts should be tought. To kill God by theory can not be right or good. But teaching a theory as a theory is right.
