Because they believe that fluoride is a poison they say it also violates Articles 3 and 8 of the Human Rights Act, and also Articles 3 and 8 of the Convention because governments are forbidden from harming their citizens. Such an act also raise issues under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Water fluoridation has also been criticized for violating the Nuremberg Code and the Council of Europe's Biomedical Convention of 1999.

It's ludicrous that water is treated with fluoride. When I pay for water, I pay for water and nothing else. I live in CA and public water fluoridation is a state mandate. After all the negative health effects and risks of drinking fluoride, I am appalled that this practice is still in use. I am in the process of buying a fluoride filter for our family. All this to remove something that was added on purpose and which is near impossible to remove from the ecosystem and any organism's body that ingests it. Have you seen what fluoride does to a neuron in your brain? If fluoride is so good for the teeth why do we need to ingest it? Vitamins are good for your body. Why don't they add vitamins to the water? This is sure to do a lot more good to your health than fluoride. Fluoride was used in the Russian gulags because it was found that it subdued the people. Think about that...

Yes , only 96 people signed this? It isn't just fluoride. My horrible never told me anything about anything. So IQ drops at least 20 points. I had ADD, emotional problems. Don't eat MSG! Aspartame. Don't use mercury laced derivates. And yes to dumb the water supply with Fluoride is abominable. But it isn't just Fluoride. what about the other toxic derivates that somehow get in tap water? Distilled water is the best way to go. The water treatment centers need to remove everything before the water becomes safe. Our ignorant and gullible city councils have been sold a bill of illegal goods behind the backs of their citizens.
