Stop insurers from killing their policyholders

When an insurer takes premiums for years, maybe even decades, and then goes on to find any excuse, no matter how small, to deny or reduce coverage, isn't this a violation of the contract between the policy holder and the insured?  When they intend to do this and are still taking the policy holders premium payments, isn't this fraud?  When in reducing or canceling coverage and they know this puts a person's life at risk isn't this willful negligence?  If the person dies and they could forsee that their actions, or lack thereof to cover a policy holder as agreed, isn't that Murder?

Is there a double standard between indviduals and corporations in the enforcement of the law?  It would appear so or the authoritieswould be prosecuting these violations of the law by the corporations and their representatives.

Let's not allow this double standard to continue.  Write your legislator, local media outlets and State Attorney Generals to prosecute.  In the process let's end the policy of insurers to find any excuse to deny or reduce coverage.
