STOP! JUVENILE DA'S PERJURY IN COURT

The San Diego Superior Court DA's are perjuring themselves in a court of LAW! They fabricate stories to get a true finding for the kids. They say things to make the parents look bad to the judge, and they believe it! many kids are locked up because of or taken away from their families. they are using this technique and have been for the past six years. we need to put a stop to the corrupted DA's!

They say things to make the parents look bad to the judge, and they believe it! many kids are locked up because of or taken away from their families. they are using this technique and have been for the past six years. we need to put a stop to the corrupted DA's!
Many families who have a child in the juvenile system are victims of the corrupted DA's. While trying to communicate with the Board of Supervisors on this matter, I seemed to get no where. I contacted the office of Bonnie Dumanis the head DA of San Diego and they suggested I contact the Grand Jury. I wrote a letter to the Grand Jury and have not yet gotten a reply! What gives any DA the right to lie in a court of law? If a person like my self lied in court I would get arrested for perjury! Fabricating issues to get kids arrested ? If our courts are allowing this, then how can anyone trust a judge or a court we may have to deal with in the future? Children are getting locked up by the courts and used as a commodity to make money for the County to be able to pay off their debts to the State! Getting this petition signed to stop this corruption within the court system is a vital issue to protect our children and families from being victims of the court system.

Some judges automatically feel your guilty until proven innocent. The DA's are trying to make a name for themselves & some judges also. It's a pity that the people in law are suppose to set good examples but you won't find that if we have corrupted lawmakers, DA's & Judges as well, nor find fairness.

I demand that there be a review of all statements given by the DA office, on behalf of the children that have been wrongly protrayed in the court of law. If there are false aligations found on behalf of the Da, the whole office should be held accountable.

San Diego has become one of the more corrupted city & county services in the past few years. This practice of the DA's and related agencies' fabrications against families & youths must stop. If the DA's are found lying, perjuring themselves, they should go to prison.
