Stop Lucky, the attack dog!

The dog in this picture is named Lucky, she lives in Lay rd here in Alpena Michigan. She has attacked other dogs,cats,rabbits and humans, and has chased people into their homes snarling at them. One of the puppies she attempted to attack was only 3 weeks old, she is also allowed free run of Lay rd and everyone else's yards. And Alpena Animal control refuses to do anything about it, it like she and her owner are protected for some reason, she is allowed to attack humans,animals and run the streets and her owner has NEVER gotten a ticket for any of this, but everyone else on Lay rd with animals has, and for no reason either, her owner calls animal control on anyone that threatens her with police, and instantly they are fined and ticketed, and still tortured with a dog attacking their pets and chasing them. PLEASE tell animal control we have had ENOUGH! they refuse to help any of us or do anything about this! please help!


Tell them we want justice! make the owner give her up to another home where she can be taught right!
