Stop Massachusetts law to prohibit dogs from being adopted out of state.

Mass is the only state that does not allow dogs and cats to be transported to their state. Rescue groups are trying hard to help save animals from a horrible deaths in the south. The barbaric act of gassing is still being used. Where dogs are put into chambers while carbon dioxide is pumped into the box. It is a slow and horrible death. We only want to help. These dogs deserve a second chance, but the state of Massachusetts is banning dogs from being let in. Lets make a differnce and show these animals we care.
