This is the same loophole that allowed Enron to artificially inflate the cost of electricity in the california markets.Through unregulated trading in the commodities futures market by banks and oil companies the price of oil and gas are artificially inflated and allow the oil conglomerates to make obscene profits at the expense of all.The Federal trade commision has the power along with the courts and congress to put a stop to this loophole that was allowed during the bush administration.Please urge congress and president Obama to put a stop to it.The oil companies have controlled american politics long enough!

we the undersigned do fervently urge the closing of loopholes in the commodities trading markets that allow the unregulated trading of oil and gas futures and hedge funds.This unregulated trading is allowing the near monopalistic control of crude oil and gasoline products prices.please slow the obscene profits made by oil companies using this loophole.Let's not have another Enron debacle. thank you very much.

I really don't want to see gas prices go any higher. We already have enough problems from the recession. If you don't like the gas prices, then let your voices be heard. Tell your congressmen and senators how you feel. Try not to put too much faith in Obama and his constituents and start petitions or protest. A few people really can make a difference but you must act immediately.
