I personally know two families in Vermont that have covered for their sons who has sexually offended their own family memberd and others young children as well.  I want our goverment to charge families as assecories to their family members crimes against children and teens and their own family!  The punishments for sex offenders need to be universal as well with a maximum sentence.  Sex offenders do not deserve to get a light sentence, their victems have to deal with what has been done to them for the rest of their lives!
