This is just so sick,bullfighting and all such horrendous torture inflicted on beautiful animals around the world in the name of tradition or any other is truly barbaric and should be banned from this world.To hear children as young as five are now being taught to treat animals in such a callous, sadistic way is horrifying to me.

Dear Sir/Madam It is distressing to hear about this cruel sport, with children being encouraged to participate. Surely only cowardly men would participate, armed with swords, against defenceless animals. It is sickening, and to think that children are involved is totally unacceptable to any decent, humane person. Latin countries must stop these barbaric practices. It would be wonderful to hear that your country starts to show some leadership and initiative towards more civilised sports that do not involve defenceless animals. Please do all you can to instead, encourage the love and respect for our fellow creatures on Earth, that they deserve. Surely Christianity does not encourage this torture? I have never been able to understand the popularity of bullfighting. It is very cruel to the bull, who dies a slow and painful death. As a horse lover, it is impossible for me to see these wonderful creatures just doing what they are trained to do by man, and then killed or injured by the bull in the process.
