If you don't spay and neuter your pets, you believe in animal cruelty and let the unwanted animals starve and die. Or get gassed to death in pounds. California alone spends a quarter of a million dollars alone on animal control KILLING a half million pets alone-not enough homes for them all. It costs the nation $2 BILLION dollars a year just to kill unwanted pets. Maybe your taxes should be raised 500% to pay for your beliefs in not spay/neutering. You have a serious problem.

This is the craziest petition I have EVER seen, and the ONLY reason I am signing it is to ask the petition's author to PLEASE put energy into something worthwhile... if you are an animal lover, become an advocate for homeless animals, many of which are in shelters because of irresponsible practices, such as neglectiing to have pets spayed or neutered.

This is crazy!!??!! We are already over populated with animals!!! so many animals are being put to sleep because of this....we NEED to neuter animals!!! we have no choice!!! Anyway, animals don't have the same need as us for intercourse of having babies.
The way forward is to spay and neuter animals!!! It's saving their lives.

this is a stupid idea, you're not helping animals any- they don't understand bonds the same way we do, and they don't long for babies. By creating those babies, all you're doing is creating more lives to fill shelters- there aren't enough homes for the cats & dogs alive now.

I agree with the fact that it is good to be able to populate animals and spaying and neutering them when you first get the chance to is cruel. It just takes owners of animals to properly watch them and not let them spit out animals every ten secounds.
