We must protect the animals that live in the shelters. some of the shelters don't kill animals, but alot do. The animals don't ask to live there, most animals live there because their family abandoned them. We have to find a way to make the government pass a law that no animals should be killed. All animals have the right to live freely. Please help!

It is cruel and horrible that shelters are allowed to kill animals, and also that they kill certain breeds of animals faster than others. These poor animals have no voice and no say when they are dumped at a shelter. It is not their fault that they are there, so why should they have to be killed? What right do the shelters have to play God and kill innocent, loving animals? Please, please stop this killing now! Find a better way to deal with the animal overpopulation situation.

Please stop this senseless slaughter of our defenseless animals who were abandoned and abused by humans. It's not their fault they are in the situation they are in. What would it be like if a family just got tired of a baby crying or a child acting up. Would we do the same to them.
