Stop the Shooting of Stray Dogs in Penang, Malaysia!

There are more humane ways to reduce the number of stray animals in Malaysia. Shooting isn't the way to go. If you would like this to stop, please sign the petition and support the cause.

We the undersign would appreciate it if the City Council of Penang would take into consideration to humanely euthanize and not shoot the stray animals and also to collaborate with local animal shelters to give the strays a possible chance of being rehomed.
