Stray dog abused at Kepong KTM Station

A stray dog was tied by the neck and leg to a steel fence at a city train station.  If that wasn't bad enough, a piece of wood was shoved down it's throat!  It was left to die sitting in it's own blood, feces, and urine.  It was later untied after some time but was unable to be caught for treatment.  All the while this dog was suffering, station workers did NOTHING!!!  I am asking everyone to sign this and forward it along.  Please get everyone you know to sign and post it everywhere.  The more exposure, the better.  We need to let the city's officials know that this cruelty will NOT be tolerated and that there is NO place for this in society!  Thank you for you support.

Unfortunately, on about the 5th of May/2010, "KTM" as the dog was named died.  This happened from complications of "distemper" that he may have contracted after he was rescued and placed in a shelter.
Please do not let his death be in vain........ I urge you to sign this petition and ask you to pass it along to everyone you know so that "KTM" will get his justice!
