Please sign this petition. Many dogs have gone missing from the streets of Delhi. According to eye-witnesses these dogs have been picked up by white coloured vans, with the help of nets, etc. These vans have Haryana, U.P or no registration number at all, and some also have MCD written on them. Some sterilized and pet dogs have also gone missing. After 2-3 months also these dogs have not been seen in their respective areas. This is against the laws of the Animal Birth Control (ABC) Program. The concerned agencies are requested to look into the matter. An immediate end is required to be put to such illegal and wrong practices. I need you guys to sign this.only then can we stop this barbarity.
