Support French activist Bove in his fight against GMOs
Dear fellow Care2 members,
This petition has been created to show support for French activist Bove and his fellow activists' fight against GMO crops in France. Lab experiments have not concluded that GMOs are safe for human consumption. Contrary, many lab experiments have shown that genetically modified crops can damage the health of the lab animals, and by extension humans who consume the same products. Furthermore, GMOs pose a real threat to natural crops and biodiversity. They also create a reliance on companies like Monsanto, who controls these GMOs.
Please sign this petition to show that you support Bove's fight to ban GMOs from entering the French market.
This petition will be handed over to Bove and relevant government authorities.
Make your voice on GMOs heard!
We are all concerned world citizens and we all know the impact that GMOs potentially have on human health and earth's biodiversity. We support French activist Bove in his fight to ban GMOs from entering the French market, and by extension the European Union. GMOs should be banned from any markets, in any form whatsoever. We the undersigned hereby declare that we oppose GMOs from entering the European Union and we hope to have a ban worldwide.
We also boycot all products made from GMOs and huge corporations like Monsanto who profit from marketing and selling harmful GMOs.
