I am honestly amazed at how fabulous (which is not giving enough credit where due) this series was. I am very saddened to find out that there is a huge possibility that Midnight Sun will not be finished. Edward being the most passionate character in my opinion made the excitement of this novel even more heightened. To hear that there is a possibility that it may not make the shelf is very disheartening and I pray that somehow, some way, Stephenie can find a way to forgive those who did not think of her rights and gain the mindframe and patience to continue with this amazing story. Thank you Stephenie for giving your reader the opportunity to be apart of the wonderful series and I look forward to the future of Midnight Sun!

Stephanie - I am absolutly just as upset at those retards who have not only hurt you but everyone else that completly loves your work. I will need to tell you that I am not a person who actually reads, I am 28 and the last books I read were the Laura Ingles Wilder books back in grade school, just not something since I started haveing children that I enjoy doing or like to do. The simple fact that I am interested in reading is amazing in itself, the fact that I am totally obsessed with it takes it to the next level. I LOVE what you have done and reading the post you put on your website regarding midnight sun and reading what you have done so far OH MY GOD, it just makes things way more clear to me as far as the movie goes and the other books. I think the fact that I am in love with Edward as it is, just getting to know him even more.... It is the best thing EVER. I understand why you are upset and if you still choose to not finish it I understand, but please if you can look past all the stupidness of the people who harmed you and finish this for Edward, he deserves to have his story told as well. I love your work and I and my 6 children are behind you 1000%.

I love the Twilight series and also did not read Midnight sun until it was posted on Stephenie's website. I love what she has,and feel she left off at the best part of Twilight. I was so excited to learn more about the relationship of the Cullens and would hope that someday she would write about what Edward was up to during New Moon.

I understand that the leaking of midnight sun really ticked her off, but Im a huge fan of the books and was dissapointed when I finished breaking dawn because that was the last book! When i heard about midnight sun i was sooo excited. I never read the leaked version until she posted it on her website and I LOVE IT! it gives so much more depth to not just Edward, but the whole story. Please dont punish your loyal Twilgiht fans because of this mistake.

These books are magical,every aspect of the twilight saga is unique in it's own way it would be a great shame is Stephanie Meyer stops writing Midnight sun. I wasn't a follower of The Twilight series until 2 weeks ago when my Friend asked me to go with her to see the Twilight movie. She had read all the books and wanted to see the movie. So I went with her and then she saw that I enjoyed the movie and thought I would also like the books. I read all 4 books in 4 days!! LOVE THEM!!! PLEASE Continue t write the Midnight Sun books. It is so very interesting to see Edward's side of the stories!! Thanks Stephenie!!

I have never been an avid reader until I read Twilight. I read Twilight in 1 day and the rest the same. It took me under a week. I have never fallen in love with characters like these before. Now I suffer (as many do) with obession for more. There is so much more that could happen. Does Bella go to school, does nessie end up with jake....you see. You write so beautifully, it would be a shame not to finish a work of art like these... knowing how many lives you have changed for the better through your gift of writing. Please don't let it go to waste.

I totally understand how she would feel about all of this and i understand that she is having this book on hold for now. I was really disapointed and confused at first at why she would stop writing. She put a new character in and Bella just became imortal and there is so much more drama to go through. So i do believe she should keep writing, but only when she is ready to start writing again. After I read the Twilight Saga and found out that there was plans for Midnight Sun (Edward's Stroy) I about fell out of my seat! I was a late comer to the Twilight Saga so I was a little lost when I saw that it had been leaked...I didn't (and still havn't) read the leaked version just the one that Stephanie Meyer had posted under Character Exercise. I fell in love with it right there (and need more!! But I still refuse to read the leaked copy!!) and was even more upset to find that it had been postponed indefinately!! I completly understand how Mrs. Meyer feels and wish that whoever did this awful thing had never recived a copy (they obviously didn't deserve it!)! I hope that the hurt will heal and that Edward will be able to have his say! I think he deserves it after all!! Bella and Jacob both got their say! It's Edward's turn now! His point of view will be so much more interesting!! I hope that this is not the end of the Twilight Saga because I simply need to read more about all of them!! I also really want to know what was going through Edward's head when he realized that he impregnated Bella!!!!

I saw the film first, loved it, then had to buy the books, read them all in just over a week. Love the books, they drew me in totally, and I am a mum of 5. So live is busy without such distractions, but they are welcome. I read the partial draft on the official website, and think it is a waste of brilliant tallent to not tell the story from Edwards perspective, I was again totally drawn into the story, such tallent. We have the same belief's in common, and feel it would be sad to not finish what you started out to do. Yet whatever you decide to do is no ones choice but yours. Good luck with it.

You have soooooo many fans who would love for you to continue Midnight Sun. You are an amazing writer!
