All over the state of Florida city, county, and state police are trying to close down sweepstake centers. When the guest wins on the sweepstakes their points are redeemable.  The guest phone time is never affected by what happens on the sweepstakes when they leave they still have all of their phone time that was purchased. The sweepstake games are a finite pool system; which means that there are a pre-determined number of winners for each prize. For example the monoply sweepstakes that McDonalds does is also a finite system.
