Punish the dogs killers from Aninoasa/Targoviste Romania

Dear Officials, 

Again, more horrible news coming from Romania about the slaughter of over 3,000 dogs at the shelter of Aninoasa/Targoviste...these poor animals have been "massacred" and this word belongs to a former dog catcher....injected with paint thinner...and later on poisoned...then buried by common graves in the woods...

The latest crime was committed Oct the 18, when 150 dogs have been killed, after promising their return on the territory after spay/neuter..We kindly ask you to open a thorough and public investigation and to prosecute at the full extend of the law those who committed this crimes, regardless of their social status. It is beyond any comprehension how these horrible and barbaric actions can still take place in a country belonging to the European Community in the 21st century.

Please, STOP THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OF KILLING DOGS immediately and take all the necessary measures to FIRE and bring to justice those who are guilty of these crimes. 

Until then I will make sure that all my friends around the world know how you treat animals and avoid visiting Romania.

You have brought shame on your country and the Romanian people and you should be held accountable for the bad reputation Romania got since the massacres of animals started....
