Televise all City of Albany, Georgia Open Government Meetings

We, the undersigned residents of Albany, Georgia, by signing this petition, express our support for the televising all City of Albany government meetings so the citizens of the Albany, Georgia will have full access to all open meetings. We believe this is essential to our citizens ability to be informed on all issues of local government.

City Commission meetings were once televised, however the broadcasts were terminated without much cause or explanation. The means to renew this practice is largely in place and would be of a minimal fiscal burden to the concerned taxpayers of Albany, Georgia.
