Tell Sirius/XM to take away the U.S. Music Royalty Fee

Starting July 29, 2009 Sirius/XM increased the U.S. Music Royalty Fee to $1.98, which was decided by the Copyright Royalty Board. The Copyright Royalty Board are appointed by the Librarian of Congress. Sirius/XM never released anything (mail or email) that they would be charging this fee to its customers and you have to search for it on their website just like their pricing plans.
