Terribly maltreated dog "Alejandro" !

Die Polizei rief uns an und bat uns um Hilfe: Sie retteten einen Hund, der von seinem Besitzer geschlagen wurde. Wir versprachen, den Hund zu unserer Auffangstation zu bringen. Als die Polizei uns den Hund brachte, sahen wir zum ersten Mal die ausgesprochen schlechte Verfassung in der der Hund war. Wir trauten unseren Augen nicht, wir mussten weinen und unser Herz erfuellte sich mit unsaeglicher Wut.
 
Alejandro - so nannten wir das arme Geschoepf - war in einem schrecklichen Schock. Er zitterte, als wir ihn beruehren wollten, um zu sehen wie es um ihn steht. Die Polizei fuhr mit uns zusammen zum Tierarzt.
 
Neben heftigen Schlaegen war Alejandro ganz schrecklich unterernaehrt und voller Floehe. Die groesste Sorge war die offene, heftige Wunde auf seinem Kopf - die meisten Schlaege hat er auf den Kopf bekommen, ausserdem hatte er eine offene Wunde Naehe des Kiefers und Nasenbluten. Alejandro's Lippe war aufgeplatzt und er hatte gebrochene Zaehne. Seine Augen waren vollkommen blutunterlaufen !
 
Gegenueber der Polizei sagte der Besitzer aus, dass Alejandro sein Hund sei und er koenne mit ihm machen was immer er wolle !
Bitte unterschreiben Sie diese Petition und helfen Sie uns, dass die Grausamkeit und die Tierquaelerei dieses Mannes, der seinen Hund auf diese Art und Weise zugerichtet hat, mit aller Haerte bestraft wird !!

The Police gave us a call. They were asking us for help, they had rescued a dog his owner was beating. We told them to bring him to our shelter. When they arrived and we saw in what a bad condition the animal was - we could not believe it, our eyes were full of tears and our heart full of hatred.

The animal was in a terrible shock situation, he was trembling when we touched him to see how he was.
The police came with us to the veterinarian.

Besides the heavy beating Alejandro received, presumably with a clinching object, the animal presented a serious malnutrition and a huge fleas infestation.
Fortunately Alejandro had no broken bones, the biggest worry is the serious wound on his head, most of the beats were on it, he also had an open wound on his low part of his head and nosebleed.
Alejandro has some cuts on his lips and broken teeth. His eyes are full of bleed too !

The owner testified to the police, the dog was his and that he can do whatever he wants to with his dog !

El 13 de abril de 2010, recibiamos una llamada de la policia donde nos pedian ayuda, acababan de retirar un perro el cual estaba siendo brutalmente apaleado por su due%uFFFDo, le dijimos que lo  trajeran a nuestro refugio, cuando llegaron y vimos el estado del animal no podiamos dar credito, nuestros ojos se llenaron de lagrimas y nuestro corazon de odio.
El animal estaba en un terrible estado de shock, estaba temblando cuando le tocamos para reconocerlo. La policia nos acompa%uFFFD%uFFFD al veterinario.
Aparte de la enorme paliza recibida, presuntamente con un objeto contundente, el animal presentaba un alarmante estado de desnutricion asi como una infestacion enorme por pulgas. Afortunadamente no presenta roturas, lo mas preocupante es la herida de su cabeza, la mayoria de los golpes fueron en ella, tambien tiene una herida en la parte baja y hemorragia nasal, tiene algunos cortes en los labios y dientes rotos, los ojos estan llenos de sangre tambien.

El propietario confes%uFFFD a la policia que el perro era suyo y hacia con %uFFFDl lo que le daba la gana.
