We Will Always Have Surplus Cats & Dogs Until Each Of Us Is Required To Neuter ALL Cats & Dogs.

Almost All Cat & Dog Owners Are To Blame.

Mismanagement on the part of animal owners dates back before you, the reader were born, but the result today is that we must kill (euthanize) millions of cats and dogs, kittens and puppies, for no other reason than the fact that they were born! ALL LIFE on planet EARTH comes " PROGRAMMED TO PROPAGATE", and ONLY we humans have a conscience choice in the matter, so we have a huge surplus of pets that no one wants and killing them is the most inefficient and costly was of disposal. This will never cure the problem, as it only deals with the product after the production. The only right and HUMANE solution is to cut off the production at the FACTORY level. There really is room, for all of us, if managed correctly. We are not only "OUR BROTHERS KEEPER" WE ARE ALSO " OUR ANIMALS KEEPER"(Genesis: 1 26-30)

Let Me Repeat - Here Are The Facts:

Surplus animals are being created everywhere you care to look and it is costing many of millions of dollars to catch and kill millions of cats and dogs only guilty of having the misfortunate experience of being born.
The reason for this is the fact of mismanagement on the part of animal owners way back at the get-go. Our creator gave us control, and we have ignored the fact that ALL LIFE comes programmed to propagate. The primary purpose of all living is to multiply; cats & dogs have no choice in the matter; such as you and I have.
Our failed solution of the sad, overwhelming and costly situation is just off track in that we are treating the product instead of the producer. We have to get to the producers, before there is a product, but the producers are spread far and wide and scattered beyond any count.
The only way possible to correct this problem is to hold each of us responsible for the cats and dogs each controls, and take the required action to not allow breeding. This will require mandatory action, which will have to come from our elected officials.
