First of all, let me say, I am not a vegetarian, but this should not exclude me from being sickened at the commercialisation by those of our species, of the other animals living on this Earth.

It turns my stomach, to see once living beings, turned into nothing other than savoury advertising images on television and in other media.

I strongly believe advertising in this manner needs to be banned.

I am not singling Asda out, their advert video was the first one found, hence its inclusion with this story, this petition is aimed at stopping this level of advertising by all companies and individuals

Never in any animals worse nightmare, would they foresee their fate as one of providing some means for making money or for being used by those who become chefs.

Who of us would want to have as their fate, being the food content of a tin, vacuum sealed pack or slab of meat on another species plate.

I remain a carnivore, but surely this doesn’t preclude me from having compassion for animals.
