As a mother of 7 beautiful children, two of my younger ones, Dakota and Scylla had to indure, I had witnessed; their father physically and sexually abusing them. After reporting the first sighting of which i believed to be abuse in my eyes, it was made clear to me that cps can not protect my children, due to the lack of the severity of the injury, they are not yet seriously injured enough or dead yet. I felt forced to stay and allow the abuse to continue and to see it escalate; and I continued to report. The physical abuse was mainly towards Dakota who is now 5 years; which included shaking him vigorously, smacking in the face, scratching, fondling his private part, pushing his head against a wall, depriving of food, enforced nudity. Scylla who is now 3 years was forced to be sexually exploited, while her father was sexually stimulating himself in the nude and watching porn on the internet. To protect my children I left with them to another state. I kept in contact in order to establish divorce/custody. In the state of texas i was informed i have to be a resident for 6 months to be able to file. I contacted police and cps agencies in the states that the incidents occured but like always with no result. Cps reassured me that as long the children are with mother that nothing further will be persued. I continued to stay in touch with the father and even as gullable as i am allowed for the father to visit with the children, since no charges where forced into action eventho the Megan's Law prohibits sexual abuse?! I felt save supervising the visit, but the father took advantage of this and during a verbal disagreement it turned into a life threating situation and than the father abandoned us. I moved on with my children and our life until police invaded our home and took my children away with a warrant. The father was granted through nevada state a emergency sole custody and jurisdiction over the two that he abused. The father made several false statements to police and the courts to obtain this order while misleading officials to avoid getting me served court papers in order for me to not to be present during the hearing. Its Not to Late to Help Dakota and Scylla to be another statistic but i need help and advise, Can You Help?

These people do no have the best interest of the child at heart. Read about Christopher Mathew Payne and see what they do. They lie and cover up their mistakes. They are worse than inept. They enable the abusers to keep on abusing until the child is dead, then they cover up their actions, back date their lies so as to look competent, like they did the right thing. These people should be jailed along with the abuser when they are found out to be lying and covering up. They are the worst enemy of any abused child. They simply do not care. They only want their paycheck. How many children have died because they failed to act? Hundreds is the answer.

There is much that can be done but you must act quickly. There are many things you should not have done. But you must act fast. I would research, my neighbor moved to Florida just to transfer the juristiction out of the state of New York. Go to a women's services organization, or a domestic abuse counselor to get help finding an attorney for free if you can not afford one. I hope this moves quickly for you.
