CPS has gone around to the Media, Lawyers, & Judges and told them that if they don't get their way. CPS will take their children and adopt them out.

My children have been taken because of unfounded suspicions of abuse. CPS has thrown them into a house where they now are being abused as evidenced by bruises, burns, poor hygene, and foul speech, but CPS will do nothing to help my kids. Child Welfare is in deperate need of reform. But foster cildren need help also. The State should NEVER have the power to split up families unless illegal drugs are involved. And even then, it should be VERY carefully evaluated first. The wholesale breakups we see today are criminal. CPS has proven itself an enemy of freedom.

Mean people can report you to CPS at anytime and while they do not have to be held accountable for this, children can be taken away from single mothers, in my case because my ex does not want to pay child support. His parents have reported as well as him.
