The Neutra Embassy Building in Karachi, Pakistan: Destruction or Salvation?

Sign this petition in support of saving and repurposing this modernist Icon; the only surviving Neutra Structure in the region. It could serve as a Pakistani cultural center devoted to the history of the recent past in general and the Neutra Practice in particular, with a history of how this building came about, and its various uses over the past half century.
A purpose for this petition would be to show the Department of State, or whoever has the decision about how to dispose of this building, that there is broad support for the above repurposing, sufficient to warrant a donation of this site for this charitable purpose, or at least reduce the sales price to the minimum. In this way it is hoped to take the project off the table as far as 'highest and best use', which would otherwise be the case; almost certainly resulting in demolition.
US State Department take note: What a great diplomatic coup it could be if our country would make this magnanimous gesture towards our ally, Pakistan!
