I don't smoke and the only way I"M going to stop someone from smoking in my home is ask them or take away the ash tray so they can't. However the government has no right on whom can smoke or do anything else in the place called home. They can't even tell me what to read although some have tried. There are some places that the government can do. Telling someone they can't smoke in their own home isn't one of them. Only the owner of that place can do that.
