We have noticed your many articles covering the Spokane County Prosecutor's case against Tony Napier, a man caught up in trouble after his Real Estate business failed with the crashing economy. We asked Tony Napier why his side of the story was not allowed in the paper, and he told us you said "We will not print a word he has to say". We were also informed the prosecutor's Wife works with your public news reporting team? We insist that in order for you to be a fair and reputable news source, you owe it to the public to print Tony's side of the story too. This is our petition urging you to do so, as this is quickly becoming a public concern, but of course you wouldn't know that because you won't listen to him. There is a story unfolding here that the public needs to hear, about how their government officials are acting outside of the law like renegades on a personal vendetta abusing their power unnoticed.
You have published countless stories about this man, Tony Napier, but not one provides anything from him. Even the big news sources, like CNN get both sides of their stories. Now that we think of it, the only place we can recall that doesn't post both sides of news stories regarding their government are places like China. Do you want to be like them, communists? Media blackouts? Doctored news? We urge you to follow the lead of your national news teams, and report real news by investigating and not just parroting propaganda from the government without regard to the people.

My name is Tonia, Tony Napier is my uncle, my mothers brother. He is a great man not a scammer. He has been there for me an my kids helping me learn how to live an raise my kids right an brought me to God. He is the real deal!!! I know. He always wants to help people never hurt them. Now I have seen corrupt goverment inplay before an thats what is happening now to a very nice man an family. The economy is going down the drain an like usual the goverment needs someone to blame for the mess. So they blame people such as my Uncle. Now this is a man I can say I have known my whole life, he isnt in the bizz to scam people but to help an make a life for his 2 younger daughters an wife. By the way Alicia Napier my Aunt she is also involved in this witch trial,an she is just the sweetiest,caring woman youll ever meet. If you spent a day with the Napier family you would see who they really are. Their children are the most caring, sweet, an respectful children youll ever meet. This is wrong an should be an outrage to the community. The papers should take time to print both sides. The prosicuters cant be allowed to use the papers to print what they want out only if the paper was any kind of paper they would print both sides."Politics the down fall of man".
