The spca should be a no-kill shelter!!

Wanting support and stories in regard to spca--anyone who loves animals and agrees that the spca and humane society should be no-kill should sign this petition--have you ever been heartbroken by the spca and its policies?Tell your story and sign--Don't be a victim of an uncaring system--speak up if you believe the practice of killing pets is unjust!!  The spca and humane society should be forced to be pro-active and innovative and aggressively finding homes for animals and not taking the easy way out by euthanizing them or sending them for animal research which they can legally do if an animal is not claimed in 72 hours!!
