To defend constitutional rights of those who are not engaged in criminal activity yet engaged in carrying out our constitutional rights of Freedom of Speech and the Freedom to Assemble. Our demands are for the suspension and or waiver of City Ordinances for Trespassing (13-501, 13-502, 13-503), and Section 23-30 for camping on public property, and 23-48 for blocking thoroughfare. Also will work with Maricopa Co Environmental & Health Services to keep the premises clean and safe.
