If you buy a car and a part in it breaks, a part that your mechanic has never seen break on any car ever, at 60,000 miles, a part that causes severe expensive engine damage, the company that makes and sells that car should fix it at their expense.
If this company that's deemed "too big to fail", whose new motto is "May the Best Car Win" receives massive tax payer money to bail out their bankrupt business, then it's only fair that they bail out consumers when their vehicles self destruct at low mileage through no fault of the owner.
Please sign and encourage GM/Chevrolet to take some responsibility for their products so that the money they've been given is not squandered through unsatisfactory business practices.

If any car fails at such a low milage (60,000) then the makers should put it right no matter how old it actually is.

Found out something Totaly infuriating about; "Cash for Clunkers"..
All The Cars,Trucks,Vans, SUVs Were Totaly Destroyed; No Parts To Repair Other Cars No Removal of Radios Cd Players ETC; "Recycled By Meltdown"; for >$100 worth of Scrap Steel;
While All the Other Usable Assets Go up in SMOKE.
Enviornmentally Sound?
Sustainable Recycling?
NO;
Just a Removal of a Major Amount of Usable Parts That Could have Saved Others Millions; and Helped Thier vehicles Run Cleaner and More Efficiantly..
it Would have Made Millions for Junkyards and Parts Dealers;
and Given the Working Poor;
That CAN"T AFFORD NEW CARs;
A Chance to Keep Thier's Alive Longer....
BUT NO;
It's All About getting More People To Sign Up;
For MORE CREDIT SLAVERY....

You should stand behind your warranties and promises. You should make a good product. You should use some of MY tax dollar bail out to help a taxpayer. Do the right thing and stand by your products.

Fix my car please. I didn't do anything wrong...except for, possibly, buying it in the first place.
