UK TO ALLOW ELEPHANTS BACK IN CIRCUS.!!!

The Uk government has made the decision to allow Elephants back in the circus ring, to me this is an outrage, after 10yrs of these beautiful creatures not being abused it is now starting all over again.
Even though the UK R.S.P.C.A. is against this, a UK Government VET agreed to letting these Elephants be used in this circus.!!!
I DO NOT KNOW WHY BUT PEOPLE ARE JUST NOT SIGNING THIS PETITION AS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD, THE SIGNATURES ARE DROPPING DAY BY DAY AND I AM NOT GOING TO MAKE MY TARGET, THE REASON FOR THIS IS BEYOND ME. :-(
PLEASE HELP ME MAKE MY TARGET, STOP ELEPHANTS FROM BEING USED IN THIS AND OTHER CIRCUSES AND DRAGGED AROUND THE COUNTRY.
ALL I ASK IS FOR YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS PETITION, which I can then send to the Head of the UK Government.
The circus is still travelling round the UK, they are using Asian and African Elephants that have been imported from Sweden, the housing for these Elephants certainly looks very tiny and it is a known fact that 2 kinds of elephants do not mix well together.
This really needs stopping NOW before more circus owners decide to join the band waggon.
This circus will continue to travel round from place to place and the elephants will get dragged around with them.
I intend to forward this petition to the UK Government when it is completed.
There is another petition on this site by a very well known organization, the signatures going on my petition have dropped dramatically, PLEASE DON'T IGNORE MY PETITION.
Just because I am not as well known as the other organization does not mean that my petition is less important.
