USDA - CONFISCATE NOW !!!

FOR TOO LONG THE USDA HAS NOT FOLLOWED ITS OWN ANIMAL WELFARE ACT (AWA) and the public is fed up with the abuses of elephants at both circuses and zoos.
HOWEVER THE VIDEO OF A COLE BROTHERS CIRCUS EMPLOYEE EGREGIOUSLY ABUSING ELEPHANTS, allegedly John Walker seen smacking the elephant Viola twice with a bullhook and verbally abusing at Nina, is in total violation of the AWA. in that they are suppose to be protected from violence and their mental health be cared for. This spring the circus elephantAnne in Britain was shown being beaten with a pitchfork on video and the populace was so outraged that the country had her confiscated within a week. THERE IS NO REASON THE US CANNOT FOLLOW SUIT and SHAME TO THE USDA IF IT DOES NOT CONFISCATE.
The USDA is fully aware of the numerous violations Cole Brothers has committed with their animals, yet the USDA does little to nothing to help the animals. You can write Director Vilsack at: AgSec@usda.gov and send him the link to the video and put in the Subject: CONFISCATE NOW.

The USDA is not enforcing its own Animal Welfare Act in confiscating for physical and mental abuse.
