To encourage all to replace bigoted politicians with those not revealing their bigotry and to refuse to support candidates that do.  This can include those who make statements that some Americans should have fewer rights than others, or have proposed or supported bills that have that impact, or that strive to impose their religious views on all via legislation, etc.  Your vote can be a powerful weapon in the preservation of the constitutional rights of all.

In Nazi Germany the pattern was taking away the rights of groups one group at a time (gypsies, gays, Jews...) and eventually no one else had any rights...
