El Bloque con marcada mision conservacionista. Por el aprovechamiento NO LETAL de los cetaceos del mundo. No a la Caceria de Ballenas y cetaceos menores.

This is in order to provide support to the Latin American Block. We want to protect the cetaceans of Venezuela and the world. Our challenge is today, tomorrow and for ever".

Nosotros, los abajo firmantes hacemos la siguiente peticion para que Venezuela Reingrese a la Comision Ballenera Internacional (CBI, IWC en ingles), como Miembro de Pleno Derecho con voz y voto. Esto para que podamos fortalecer el "Bloque Latinoamericano" que es conocido como el bloque conservacionista. Quremos proteger los cetaceos de Venezuela y el Mundo, queremos un mundo mejor. La lucha es hoy, manana y siempre.
