Virtually free spaying/neutering of any animal

Target:
humane societies; animal control
To keep the animal population monitored and wanted,  so that these living, loving creatures can be happy, sensibly, and keep us happy too!
To keep the animal population monitored and wanted,  so that these living, loving creatures can be happy, sensibly, and keep us happy too!
We, the undersigned, strongly request all animal neutering agencies to spay or neuter any animal brought to its shelter by impoverised people for no fee at all, or ten dollars maximum fee.
This would keep the animal population down and keep both our animal friends and human caregivers happy and healthy.
Donations can be sought for this purpose, and fundraisers can be held.
Think of the comfort we humans get from a warm, loving body, be it human or unquestioning animal pets.

YES!Because a lot of people don't have the money for it/or don't want to spend money on it,and therefor an overpopulation of poor unwanted animals, that are only been born for a life of suffering..that is far far more cruel then to neuter/spay them!

We've got to stop animal breeding. Low or no cost neutering and spaying is needed so badly. We need to come up with a solution to this problem.

THIS IS ONLY 1 SURGERY. IF VETS WOULD JUST DO IT FREE IT WOULD GET MORE PPL 2 SPAY & NEUTER THEIR PETS. I DO REALIZE THAT VETS WOULD LOSE $$$$ BUT SURELY THEY WILL MAKE IT UP ON OTHER SERVICES!!!! I HAVE 4 DOGS & 8 CATS~ALL SPAYED & NEUTERED. I'M ON A FIXED INCOME BUT I LOVE MY BABIES. IT WOULD'VE BEEN GREAT IF THIS SURGERY WOULD'VE BEEN FREE. MOST OF THEM WERE LOW COST BUT THEY WERE STILL VERY COSTLY!!!!!! COME ON, IF U WANT 2 KEEP THE PET POPULATION DOWN, GIVE US A BREAK ON THIS SURGERY.
