Vote to allow alcohol sales in Pontotoc County,MS

The law in Pontotoc County Says that it is illegal for you to drink beer or alco hol in your own yard or home.You can not have beer or alcohol in your home.If you get caught on your property drinking,you can get a ticket for possession,public drunk,or arrested for DUI on your lawn mower or four wheeler.
This is 2008.Do the people of Pontotoc County still want this type of invasion of privacy by the law that not only is out of date,but deprives the county of a lot of taxes that we really need to make our community better?
