To bring back into production the original design of the VW Beetle. Due to high demand by a vast majority of today's global citizens, I believe that the original beetle design should be put back into production alongside the more modern design. In addition to catering to the taste of today's people, it would also financially aid VW sales, due to the vast number of purchases that I believe would follow the reinstatement of said original design.

We the undersigned do humbly request the reinstatement of the original design of the VW beetle alongside the newer design. Due to an increased interest in the classic design by the global citizens of today, we believe it would be economically beneficial to the VW corporation both short term and long term. Boosted sales would increase finances in the short, and catering to the wants of your consumers would make VW appear as a corporation more interested in the consumers happiness than their own pockets, which in turn would boost future sales.
Even if only re released for a limited engagement, the undersigned would be grateful.

14 years back i had 1 beetle 1965 model. and now in 2009 i own 7 beetles. if u ask me why so many? i must say please drive one and u will have ur answer. still i am hungry for more.

Volkswagen Beetles have been driven around in my family since 1958 till date. Its almost 3 generations these dependable, reliable and beautiful cars are attached with us. I would be the happiest person in the world if I can purchase and drive one Beelte in the original design.

My 1967 Beetle is my daily driver and always gets lots of enthusiastic waves, smiles and thumbs up from people of all ages. Everybody has a Beetle story and LOVES my Beetle and wishes they would still make them. This car really connects people.

Ahhhh, my first car was a VW Bug, and I loved it! Be great to have them back on the road.....not only are they cute, but they're energy-efficient, too! Make them in America, though, please!!!!!
