Dear Mr. Mayor and Governor Matt Blunt,
The state of Missouri is sad and we are so far behind as far as enforcing animal laws. My main concern is how animals are treated in this state. Laws in Missouri concerning animals aren't strictly enforced and there are too many boundaries to how law enforcement can apply them.
In the state of Missouri, according to novoiceunheard.org, there are hundreds of thousands of animals brought into shelters each year, it's sad.
In Blue Eye, Mo where I live law enforcement can only do so much concerning the welfare of animals. It's sad to know that with all these laws there are loop holes as to enforce them and where they can be enforced.
Also where I live, we need a no kill shelter for abused, neglected and abandon animals, someplace where they will be loved and well cared for; plus people who will go the extra mile to see these animals are given loving forever homes. Please will help us to see that this happens?

Dear Mr.Mayor and Governor Matt Blunt I was recently traveling across country from Tucson to NY state and I loved the landscape and farms off of the highway in your state. But I am an animal lover and after finding out about your laxed laws on animal abuse and neglect I was horrified. Please toughen the laws and see that their inforced, so your states inner beauty can match its existing outer beauty. All of God's creatures deserve respect.
