Walmart has the worst customer service.

I have been shopping for walmart store brand products for ten years now. Because thier brand has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed on all walmart brand name by refund or exchange. I purchase a walmart brand infant pain relief grape flavor lot no #8AKO409 exp 06/10  upc #681131779180 for my son to help with his teething. Well the medicine made him sick. I call my baby doctor she told me to use something else and to return the product back to the store. Like most mother I went to Walmart 3051 Kenzel Way Knoxville TN.37924-2139 (865) 544-7710 on May 6, 2008 at 7:41 pm with the walmart brand infant pain relief with my receit to customer service. The customer service guy name was Al on his name tag. He said walmart dont give refunds on any items that has been open. I told him the product made my baby sick he never did apolojize and told me sorry and i needed to leave so he could help the next customer in line. I walk to the pharmacy to ask why this infant pain releif couldnt be return by the satisfaction guarantee policy the Guy name Ray said walmart no longer honor their store brand products to customers. I went back to customer service stood in line 30 minutes. I ask to speak to the store manager Stacy Grigsby, I was told he was not here so I ask to see the next manager in charge to see why its not posted in customer service that Walmart stop honoring the brand of products to customers who wanted a refund. Well the next manager in charge never did show up to meet me he called the clerk to tell me to fill out a comment card so I did and the next day I reported this store to the Better Business Burea for the poor customer service. If I was A white woman I beleive I would have been treated fair, insteed every one was really rude and short to me.
