WANTING TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT THESE PRECIOUS BABIES IN NEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are being given the run around about these precious babies in need...The DA Bill Higgins of PA has been contacted about this issue and is not wanting to release any information...all he says is the dogs have been moved and are being taken care of with food, shelter, and water...but when asked to show proof he tells me I am sending him threatening harassing emails and is threatening me to turn me into the state patrol because I am asking for the truth..I sent my email of this content...

Since you continue to ignore this subject come Monday I will be submitting this email & all the ones I sent to you local TV station & radio!!!

WANTING TO KNOW THE REAL TRUTH ON THESE DOGS AND ANIMALS...YOU GUYS STATE THEY ARE OK BUT REFUSE TO SHOW US PICTURES OF THE TRUTH!!!!!!  I AM A RESCUE THAT WAS GOING TO COME SAVE THESE PRECIOUS CREATURES BUT CAN'T GET THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WILL KEEP EMAILING AND START CALLING UNTIL I GET THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!  AND I WILL PASS YOUR EMAIL AROUND AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was the fifth email I sent and finally got a response and this was his response...

I am going to recommend you speak to an attorney before you pursue the course of action you have proposed.  In particular,  you should discuss with your attorney the ramifications of your conducts as it relates to Pennsylvanie's Harassment by communication statute.  I have been very willing to respond to reasonable inquiries related to this issue, but your threatening communication will not receive a reply, and if the same continues, will be forwarded to state patrol for criminal investigation.

Thank you for your concern, but I must insist that you immediately cease your threatening communications.

It only took him four emails before he chose to respond...I sent him a reply that I will be calling the state patrol myself as of Monday and no response to that lol!!!

These dogs are in a safe location, receiving proper treatment.  They have been evaluated by a vet, and are being provided food, water and shelter.

So Bill Higgins if they are ok then why would you refuse to show us pictures? and why is it now a criminal offense to know how they are doing and are safe? I would like this person to answer those questions...why the HUGE SECRET if they are ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So we need to get as many people to sign this petition..these people are giving us the run around and statements without any evidence or proof these babies are ok..we have several rescues that stepped up to take these babies and I was willing to go transport them to where ever they could be safe.  PLEASE along with signing this share far and wide and email this so called DA with your concerns and thoughts on this subject!!!!!!!

I have contacted the PA state patrol this morning waiting for a response...not to sure I will get one..if I don't by tomorrow then I will proceed with the TV and radio stations as I stated..this is a matter of urgency and we can't wait...precious lives are on the line...and with your signatures we will stand together on this URGENT ISSUE!!!!!!

I have been given some startling new that you need to know about...The state PD were out there and took no actions that day.  A trooper was out there and confiscate one animal.  Bedford laid off their humane officer and kept a dog law officer that has no powers but to check for rabies, tags, strays, and pick ups.  Then the power goes to the police agency that has jurisdiction in that area.  The next day, an eye witness claimed that the dogs and all the stuff was gone.  They had a rescue that could take them and get them vetted at their expense and they refused the help.  I just watch an interview of Bill Higgins and he states that they are so over whelmed with these cases.  Then why do you repeatedly turn down rescues that are stepping up to help.  The secrecy to my thought means you have something to hide.  If you were on the up and up you would be more than happy to produce pictures of these animals doing better.  Google Bill Higgins see what comes up you just might be shocked I was.

He also lied stated he had two investigators go out to the house when someone found out it was just two of his staff members.  He told one of our ladies he does not report to her and to mind her own business.  please feel free to call this man and let him know just how you feel.  Freedom of Speech is not a crime!!!!!!!!!!   (814) 623-4855

I am sorry but we have no one sworn in with in Bedford county that can assist you with this matter.  A licensed Humane Police officer or the State Police are your only source of enforcement.  Please ask the gentleman at the Department of Agriculture for the name of Humane Police Officers licensed in that county as they would be able to assist you.

Talk about passing the buck.  Now one would think you in that high of a position would know the counties and that they no longer have a humane officer...State Patrol was caught in a lie as well they told someone it was in status of investigation..well the person that called them said that Bill Higgins said it was closed...the trooper got real quiet!!!!!
WE NEED TO GET VERY VERBLE AND START CALLING I MEAN AS MANY PEOPLE AS WE CAN CALL IN...I HAVE ALSO CALLED THE LOCAL PAPER/RADIO AND SENT THEM MY EMAIL AS WELL AS THE ONE HE THREATENED ME FOR ASKING A SIMPLE QUESTION WITH CRIMINAL CHARGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
