We All Have Rights to know full facts of Birth Control

I tried the copper IUD after my third child and had so much bleeding and pain with it, & could feel it inside so it was removed. I have heard good things about Mirena but after reading some forums it kind of scares me. I had the Mirena IUD inserted 3 weeks ago from yesterday, which was about 8 weeks after having my 4th child. It was only a little uncomfortable getting it inserted and I didn't feel so bad after only minor spotting. In the last week I have been bleeding really heavy, having bad cramping in my abdomen, lower back pain, bloating, breaking out in acne, and some dizziness. I was told there would be irregular bleeding but I really was not aware of all these symptoms and I feel terrible. I'm using tampons which I was told it was ok by my OB provider, but I sometimes wonder & I don't like pads. I hope this gets better any advice or opinions is greatly appreciated. I am in total belief that women should know the full facts about birth control before they decide to use it & I'm sure most other women agree.
