In memory of children died of neglect or abuse while under the care of the social service agencies! Many died suspiciously or from neglect. Most of their lives and deaths went unnoticed. The deaths of these children - and what government agencies did or didn't do to save their lives - Even when they die, their stories are rarely told. May the spirits of those lost rest in peace and may we never forget or ignore what happened to them.

What shall we say when history asks how such crimes came to be committed in the name " In The 'BEST INTEREST' of OUR Children" Will we say that we stood silently by, shrugging our shoulders, filling our bellies, closing our eyes? I totally support this. These beautiful and precious children should of been loved and cared for with love not to have died. Poor little sweethearts. They are in God's arms now. A day in memory of them is surely a small thing to do to show respect and caring for the little ones who died cruelly and needlessly. Please search your heart and decide to do this. It will also bring awareness to the public and take a stand for zero tolerance for child abuse and neglect and/or murder under any circumstances including and especially while they are a ward of the state in the Children's Social Services care. I pray for children to have lives free of abuse of any kind always. I pray that governments will make the just and right decisions to right what wrongs they can. Do a big overhaul of the system and have them monitored by an outside agency. Make sure those who are hired are people who truly care for all children and make sure they can act in the children's best interest when they need to before it is too late. Workers have to be trained to know how to recognize the signs of child abuse much better than they are since they are missing the signs way too much. One more thing is workers are over burdened with cases they need more staff. All these things will help take a big step towards solving these problems. Please do not let these children's lives of suffering and their deaths have been in vain and take action on a very important issue and that is child welfare and safety. Have compassion for those precious and beautiful little ones who cannot protect themselves. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

My 15 year old son Ryan is is the "ownership" of Wayne County Michigan at this time,although his situation is a bit different from those outlined here,the end result has been the same...he is NOT being cared for properly,he is in "constant" danger from his "peers",his medical needs are not being met...and like these cases,I am SCREAMING OUT...but nobody is listening!!! His future {or LACK OF I should say} is in the sole hands of a "worker" who cares NOTHING about him,and only sees him 10 minutes a month,other "workers" from a treatment-program,who also know little to nothing about my son;who he is;what he needs...and a Judge. None of the above-mentioned even know what his favorite color is...let alone what's in his "best interest".If something is not done SOON...he's going to end up DEAD...either by the hand of one of his peers;the hand of one of his "Doctors";the hand of one of his "staff"...or...he's just going to give up on life and kill HIMSELF!!! He's already had 5-6 visits to the ER in less than a year in State Care;he's been "jumped";assualted;put on hard-core RX drugs,ect,ect {and God only knows what else has happened that he WON'T tell me,out of fear that I will fight even harder and HE will feel the back-lash from it!}. My husband and I are FORCED to just "sit here" and watch his emotional and physical health decline...while the "system" does what's in his,and society's "best interest"!!! GIVE THE PEOPLE WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THESE KIDS A VOICE...HEAR US....START LISTENING WHEN WE SAY THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING,OR OUR KIDS ARE IN DANGER...BETTER YET,ASK THE KIDS {atleast in cases where they are older} WHO THEY "TRUST"..ALLOW OUR WORDS TO CARRY SOME WEIGHT...BEFORE OUR KIDS ARE ABUSED/NEGLECTED...OR DEAD!!!!!

I was born to a single teen mom ... who would dump me with friends / family whoever would take me .. I was molested by one of her friends husbands... later about the age of 9 she met a man she fell in love with - he was put in prison because people were picking on him she would say .. later to find out he pulled a gun on a police officer and he himself was shot - I do not know what all he was in trouble for but my house was a nightmare that no child should of seen. DCFS made regular visits... at both home and school and we would move. New school new everything - became harder to make friends and isolation began. I was molested possibly raped from the age of 10 on until I ran away at 17. I was beaten from head to toe with a belt w/ buckle leaving lash marks all over me - DCFS was aware and did come to school and documented. I was drugged...beat for refusing to sell drugs when men showed up at our house. Crazy animals to lock me in my room our even out of the house - pit bulls and dobermen pinchers snipping and growling at me made me fearful. when telling my mother what happen she slap me around until my face was bloody. Teachers turned there back ..society turned there back ... I was alone and nobody cared. I should add that when I ran away at 17 I was dragged down 2 flights of steps by my feet when I ran from him ........ he had guest at the house that were holding guns and were wanting money that he owed - When I climbed out the upstairs window hitting the ground and started running all that was in my thoughts was he was going to pay these men with me! I to this day believe that is what would happen and was planned out ....... due to the coments that were being made about my breast and my leg strenght ..these 3 men watched me be dragged down the steps and cheered him on! Where was social services? why did it take me running away and hiding and refusing to come out even to people I trusted ... I was one of the lucky children in life I had god parents that never gave up on me ..they never stop trying to get custody of me ......and that night I ran away they obtained custody as my mom signed over without a fight! From the age of 3-17 I was abused in all forms! no child should live in fear. And no adult should have to live with flash backs of what happen to them as a child! Something needs to be done. 1-7 years for molesting or harming a child is not enough!! Stronger laws .. stronger convictions! MY God these are our children .. who one day will be taking care of us!!!

My wife & me have 6 children 4 of that have been abused while in the custody of cps and placed in serious " Threats of Harm" by Klamath county Child Welfare and actually still are. I have evidence of physical and sexual abuse to my children while in child welfare custody and they still lie about. My daughters got hand delivered to their biological father who sexually abused them, which my husband and I provided 200+ pages from Army CID and Hawaii CPS confirming sexual abuse by him. I also know for a fact he sexually abuse his minor neice at our home. The once listened to the abuser. I have pictures of my oldest with her dad and the fosterparents at sixflags summer 08 with his hand on her behind and DHS ignores it. My daughters almost 16 and 17 can disprove alot but have been hushed by Klamath County. All four of my children have talked about abuse by the foster home and caseworkers. DHS got the videotaped interview of my girls but it mysteriously came up missing.I have evidence but no one will listen I got told I would be charged with sex abuse ( based on my daughters abusers word ) if I didn't stipulate to EVERYTHING DHS wanted, and most of it was not true and the word of my daughters abuser ( whom I turned in ) with a vary extencive crimal history and he got a sweet deal for Burg. and 3 counts of rape 3 he did a whopping 30 days in county.And my wifes x hubby with no prior criminal history got 3 to 5 years for 1 count & (he turned himself in)they have cost our family everything we had houses & 2 jobs 40.000 a year & move from Washington to Klamath falls Or. & had to put our 4 & 14 year old daughters with my parents to protect them from Oregon

DHS got the videotaped interview of my girls but it mysteriously came up missing.I have evidence but no one will listen I got told I would be charged with sex abuse ( based on my daughters abusers word ) if I didn't stipulate to EVERYTHING DHS wanted, and most of it was not true and the word of my daughters abuser ( whom I turned in ) with a vary extencive crimal history and he got a sweet deal for Burg. and 3 counts of rape 3 he did a whopping 30 days in county.And my wifes x hubby with no prior criminal history got 3 to 5 years for 1 count & (he turned himself in)they have cost our family everything we had houses & 2 jobs 40.000 a year & move from Washington to Klamath falls Or. & had to put our 4 & 14 year old daughters with my parents to protect them from Oregon

I have children that have been abused while in the custody of cps and placed in serious " Threats of Harm" by Klamath county Child Welfare and actually still are. I have evidence of physical and sexual abuse to my children while in child welfare custody and they still lie about. My daughters got hand delivered to their biological father who sexually abused them, which my husband and I provided 200+ pages from Army CID and Hawaii CPS confirming sexual abuse by him. I also know for a fact he sexually abuse his minor neice at our home. The once listened to the abuser. I have pictures of my oldest with her dad and the fosterparents at sixflags summer 08 with his hand on her behind and DHS ignores it. My daughters almost 16 and 17 can disprove alot but have been hushed by Klamath County. All four of my children have talked about abuse by the foster home and caseworkers. The horror of abortion and killing of older children has opened this country up to the chastisement of God Almighty. We ought to be afraid of what will happen if we continue disregarding life like this. I pray for God's hand to be on the shoulder of each and every child that is subjected to abuse of any kind. I pray for justice to be done to those cowards that have the nerve, and no soul, to lay a hand on a child abusively. They deserve to get back what they dish out and agencies that are supposed to protect those children should be under the strictest regulations in the world. The children are our future and those abused children that are lucky enough to live through it end up being the abusers because it is all they know. Have the strength to stand up and make a difference if you are aware of any form of abuse and then follow up until they are sick of hearing from you. Document everything and you could save a child's life. Isn't your child worth it?
