Let's NOT allow these precious children's death to be in vain - in the news one day, forgotten the next.

In memory of children died of neglect or abuse while under the care of the social service agencies! Many died suspiciously or from neglect. Most of their lives and deaths went unnoticed. The deaths of these children - and what government agencies did or didn't do to save their lives - Even when they die, their stories are rarely told. May the spirits of those lost rest in peace and may we never forget or ignore what happened to them.

They are beaten, tortured, sexually assaulted and murdered.

Help never came for Angellika Nicole Arndt , Isaac Lethbridge,Daniel Jack Matthews, Ricky Holland, Christopher Michael, Sirita Sotelo, Nicholas Contreras, Sarah Angelina Chavez, Martin Lee Anderson,Ebony Smith,Kayla Allen,Candice Raynor......and sadly many, many more but perhaps one day justice will come for them all. My daughter was severley beat and almost died in foster care she was hospitalized for almost a month due to blunt force trama to her abdonman. She also had bruces all over her body and a broken leg. She was almost 3 years old then. I had a court order to remove her from the foster home after 2 er doctors and myself reported the abuse. cps ignored this court order and left the children there until she was air lifted to childrens hospital in minneapolis. It took 4 extra days to get my son and other foster kids out of that home. my right were terminated several months after this. I appealed and then the commisionor of human service reversed the counties decission that I ever neglected my children in the first place. But by than it was to late to get my children back. the appeal process can only happen after all other court hearings are done by then my rights were already terminated.

My grandchildren was placed back with there abuse father through social services here in Reno,Nv. Social Services knew that the father was on drugs and was abusive to my daughter. They took the kids away from the father two months after placing the kids with him because he wasn't feeding them and they had major ear infections and colds the kids should not have had to go through that. Now they are in foster care and only let me have visits with them once a month. They will not give my my grandchildren and I have done everything that they asked me to do including fingerprinting on me and my ex-husband and both of our finger prints came back clean and they still wont let me have my grandchildren they are trying to adopt them out that is not going to happen to my grandkids I will fight for them until the end because I love my grandchildren.Why does social services get away with placing these kids in unlicensed foster care homes and back with the very people that abused them in the fisrt place or adopting them out when there is family out there who can raise them and love them and protect them from abuse. This system called social services needs to change they have to much power over our familys which is not a good thing because they are not protecting the kids they are placing them in harms way and they are tearing familys apart just so they can make money. Michigan: Tragedy Hits Home with FightCPS Reader Faith Baden’s Children In Midland, Michigan an adopted child attacked and killed Faith Baden’s son, Justin Baden, age 17, early in August, 2009. Justin and his younger siblings were removed from Faith Baden’s home by CPS and eventually adopted out to Jessica Pribbernow, a Michigan child-collector. The newspaper reported that Pribbernow had custody of five boys adopted from foster care. The accused, known as Steven Jeffrey Pribbernow Jr., 15, is not the biological brother of the boys he is said to have attacked. Two others boys, both sons of Faith Baden, were injured severely in the knife attack. Faith left a number of news articles, emails, and comments on FightCPS yesterday. You can read them here and here. Faith, my heartfelt sympathy to you on the loss of your son, and prayers for the healing of his younger brothers. We here at FightCPS do understand that your children should not have been separated from their loving parents. Obviously the child collecting adopters were not capable of keeping the children safe. This is one more sign that the foster-adoption system in this country doesn’t work. I wonder if these children, in particular the one said to be the attacker, were on medications as “special needs” children. Many pharmaceutical medications given to foster and adoptive children are believed to have produced suicidal or homicidal tendencies. One of the emails posted stated that Jessica and her husband were unemployed and living off the adoption subsidy payments received for adopting the boys - a clear indicator that these were probably medicated children. The people need the option to vote on modification or reversal of these laws as well as informed about it's injustices. Finally, this has nothing to do with "abusive" parenting. It's about abuse of power. We the people need more than a Remembrance Memorial Day enacted to ensure change. They have become persons who kidnap your children and assume your guilt until proven innocent. The slow process leaves children seperated from their natural families and put into situations that can only be described as PUNISHMENT HOMES. These children are being punished not helped. Help these familes if they need help... don't isolate these children and destroy the strongest tie of all... the tie of the family. Once again, GOD HELP THESE CHILDREN... they are the innocents.

I am a struggling single mother with my 2 youngest children still to raise. My youngest is 3 and disabled from a complicated premature birth followed by past 2 years of respiratory issues and a traceal blockeage. I have been struggling financially since their father was incarcerated and I was left without his financial support so I my only income right now is SS and State benefits for me and his sister. He was placed in foster care due to my struggling to pay my electric bill which at times can be high due to his machines for his care, I had to move and the past balances from when his father was gone and before I got full benefits were added to my electric bill which jepordized my current home account so they shut my electric off and he was taken from me. They put him in a hoem run by 2 women with medical backgrounds who complain he is to much to care for a complain they need 24 hrs care. Also he is trached and this home has 10 cats and 2 dogs talk about unsafe care arrangements for a respiratory fragile child.
