I am not a Wiccan myself, I am Native American Spiritualist, but I also believe in religious freedom as is guarenteed by our constitution. It does not state what kinds of religion are free, but religious freedom period. Tha covers all religious paths, Wiccan, Celtic Shaman, Celtic Witchcraft, Native American Shamanism, Buhddism, Hinduism, Islamic, ect. ALL religious paths, not just a select few that the government thinks should be free. As long as there is no illegal activity(illegal drugs, non-consential sex, underage sex, animal cruelty, murder, nonconsential body torture or disfigurement) the government should have NO jurisdiction WHATSOEVER over the proceedings of ANY religious, or spiritual events, rituals, ceremonies, or practices.
