We want a ban of sales on poisons to the public

We want a ban of poisons to the public this should not be allowed to buy as people are laying poison down to kill strays and owned animals. These poisons should be restricted to reigistered people ie, pest control where it should be laid out in boxes ie rat boxes. In Greece this is illegal and we want this banned throughout Europe.
