Alistair as a romantic interest in DAO2

We the undersigned are requesting that you please include Alistair as a romantic interest and active party member in any and all sequels, expansions etc. to Dragon Age: Origins - namely Dragon Age: Origins 2.  Gaming is an escape from the everyday - a chance to adventure through worlds, cultures and stories.  In Dragon Age: Origins we find ourselves immersed in a gaming experience unlike any other.  You've developed a world that has not only the classic hero and villain but a whole range of characters that through interaction become more than just sidekicks.  Because all decisions you make affect the outcome of your relationship to the world and characters around you, you feel more like you're escaping into an interactive world rather than just playing a game.  We in particular represent a portion of a very large group of people that have a specific attachment to the character Alistair.  Our relationships with Alistair became a reason why we played DAO not just a result of playing it.  While we appreciate the new adventure we've found in the expansion pack Awakenings we are disappointed with the lack of character interaction and even more so the lack of Alistair alltogether.  We do thank you for keeping our character's original end game story tied into the start of Awakenings and only hope we find this continuation again with DAO2.  We are left with questions by the "disappearance" of our character at the end of Awakenings and are anxious to see them rightfully returned to their love, Alistair.  Many of us will be deeply saddened if he does not remain an integral part of our character's experience in future games and will find little interest in continuing the series should this be the case.  For most players the rich character interaction in DAO has left other games lacking.  Alistair was designed carefully to be the ideal of many fantasies - the essential "knight in shining armor".  Now that you have created the ultimate of this standard we see no reason for you to change him or take him out of the game.  We look forward to all future Bioware games as you do raise the bar far above everyone else. For all of your hard work and dedication to us - your appreciative Bioware fans - we thank you.
